At Reach Out Care we provide safe, caring homes for children and young people who can't live with their birth families.
We offer a range of fostering placements including:
- short-term/ bridging
- long-term
- pre-adoption
- emergency
- parent and child
- siblings
- children with disabilities
- intensive support
- respite
There is a positive management commitment to the continuous development of staff and carers.
The promotion of equality and diversity is good.
The contribution young people make to the agency is demonstrated when young people are invited to be on the interview panel for new staff. This is very good practice.
