Funding
ROCSOLID is a registered charity. Under 18s are funded directly by the local authority.
Over 18s are funded through individually negotiated local authority support packages and by the higher rate of housing benefit. A supporting letter from a social worker or personal advisor, detailing their vulnerability and therefore eligibility, is required.
Often our young people are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance as they have special needs.
Fantastic standard of accommodation, very helpful staff work very well with young people and agencies involved.
