About us
Our experienced team has a long and successful track record in partnering with local authorities and private individuals to deliver excellent sessional support within a multi-agency discipline.
Our portfolio includes Children In Need, Looked After Children and Children with Disabilities. Importantly, we also work with clients under the Direct Payments Scheme
We successfully manage several thousand support hours each month and we have a rolling recruitment programme to help us meet demand.
The service is based in our Newton Aycliffe offices alongside other Reach Out Care organisations.
